Does NOT find ESXI 5.5 NIC?

After the reboot, the vmware esxi host does not find the network adapter, it writes no compatible adapter found, although before the reboot everything works fine, as you reboot it does not find it. HP Proliant dl385 gen8 server. and so another hour of dancing with tambourines, and somehow it detects the adapter updated all the firmware and updated the server bios to the latest version of esxi, but still, maybe someone has already come across help with the solution
