Why is there no native support for uninterruptible power supplies in VMware vSphere ESXi?

I can't understand why VMware vSphere ESXi does not have native support for uninterruptible power supplies (via USB or COM)? After all, power is one of the fundamental things in the operation of any server.

Because it is a server platform. Usually, few people put one server and one stupid UPS. As a rule, they take a smart UPS, which can turn off any number of servers via LAN.
Have you seen at least somewhere, for example in Windows, native support for oops via USB \ COM? That's straight native, without additional software? And if you haven't seen it, then why should ESXi?
There are utilities from UPS manufacturers to manage clients, including ESXi. For example, PowerChute from APC - this is what I personally worked with, there is also from Ippon, but I did not touch them with my hands. I don’t remember how about ESXi, but on ESX it was definitely possible to put the PowerChute client directly on the server. And if there is a VMware vCenter Server on the network, then the client can only be installed on it, and it already controls the power supply of the servers connected to it (in this case, the UPS can be stupid and connected to the vCenter Server via USB \ COM, just your case. Only the vCenter Server itself is highly desirable to have a separate piece of iron).
