Hard disks

What should I do if I can't merge two partitions?

In general, I formatted one of the partitions of one hard disk and wanted to merge it with another, already existing partition of the same disk, but neither Disk Management nor Acronis allow me to do this.
Disk Management says:

On the selected GPT-formatted disk, between partitions of type PARTITION_BASIC_DATA_GUID there is a partition of another type (not PARTITION_BASIC_DATA_GUID)

Acronis simply does not allow you to mark the disk for merging it.
My HDD in an incomprehensible way after switching to GPT UEFI issued 5 more small partitions, as I understand it for EFI startup and Windows Boot Manager.
We are talking about disk 1
And is it possible to reduce the number of partitions without breaking EFI and generally starting the computer?

Before merging, delete sections you do not need.
It is better not to touch the first three sections - it is not clear on which of them you have a download.
Look through diskpart where which one, so as not to delete the active one.
