How to use part of ssd disk memory for Windows 8.1 installed on 1TB hdd 2.5?

Good afternoon.
There is a laptop available. In which mSata ssd is installed on 128Gb with MacOS installed. And a 1TB hard drive with Windows 8.1 installed.
Is it possible to "cut off" part of the ssd drive, for use by the Windows operating system (as a paging file, etc.), in order to increase the speed of Windows 8.1 ..?

Create a partition and install Windows there.
Only here 128GB is not enough, so it makes no sense. It is better to buy a more capacious disk.
Of course, you can move user profiles there, this will really increase performance - but moving a profile is difficult, problematic, and unstable work is possible.
But if you still got together - see here how to do it.

Of course, you can cut it off if free space allows - any hard manager can help (Paragon, Acronis etc.). It is also possible to format a cut-off partition in NTFS, for example, and place a paging file there (using the system's built-in tools).
But I'm not sure if the performance will increase noticeably from this.
