How to make Ubuntu work fine with emmc?

Hello, there is such a netbook:
www.acer.com/ac/ru/RU/content/model/NX.MRSER.003
I bought it with Windows 8 preinstalled from the factory.
Demolished, installed Ubuntu (now there is 16.04)
The whole feature of this netubka is that instead of a hard drive it uses a 32GB emmc card.
Actually the essence of the problem:
Everything works fine, but when you try to turn it off,
the whole process reaches the line
Reached target Shutdown
And everything further is nothing, it hangs and everything, you have to turn it off through the button.
When you reboot, the display just turns off and it seems like it should go to reboot,
but that's all.
If anyone has encountered this problem or knows how to overcome it, please tell me.
I've already dug the whole Google, I did not dig up anything sensible.
Thank you.
PS I understand that the whole problem is in emmc, but there must be some solution.
Everything worked fine on windows.

I think EMMC has nothing to do with it. Dig towards the ACPI driver.
