Defender G-Lens 2693 (Full HD) worked properly for half a year, but one day - hop! - and the strongest artifacts and distortions went on for three to five seconds, and then - hop! - black screen.
To this day, a black screen, sometimes subtle distortions are visible with a sharp increase in brightness.
Windows 10 correctly detects the camera, sees no problems. The problem is observed in all computers and applications. Drivers are automatic from the very beginning.
It's a pity, my favorite camera, link . Here I think - to fix Ali a new one to take? Today they, of course, cost ~4000₽. And if you fix it, then what broke at the web eye, do you think?

There are a lot of reasons:
-The matrix
has been damaged -The contact has gone (from the matrix, from USB, from the internal loop.)
-The image processor has burned out

But in essence, if the camera is detected by a computer, and it is possible to open it as a video device, but it's dark, it's dark then ... (and if not, alas)
1. try to play with camera settings, sometimes it helps to reinstall the drivers, sometimes play around with the camera settings from Linux...
2. look at the matrix power supply circuit, sometimes the stabilizer / transistor just burns out there ...
