Is there an IDE for PHP with the ability to make scripting plugins to automate coding (like in vim or like macros in Word)?

I know that in vim you can connect third-party plugins written in simple scripting languages like python. But I don't feel like using vim as my IDE for PHP development, I prefer Netbeans and the like. But often there is not enough automation of the same type of coding tasks. I would like to have scripts integrated with the IDE that will do what I need. And preferably in a more or less simple language, such as python, javascript or the same PHP (ideal). Are there any?

All disks are better than SSDs (and yes: in RAID10, if possible), backups and archives can also be ordinary ones, because they have more volume for the same price, and read / write speed is less critical.

It is necessary to carry out profiling under load. Most likely, everything will rest stupidly on the disk subsystem. Stick an SSD in there, that's all, most likely,

PHPStorm -> Snippets , and there are plenty of other possibilities.

In komodoide.com you can write your own scripts (it seems to be based on the Mozilla engine), well, in Atom, Visual studio code you can write your own scripts. But it's not really an IDE.
