As an option - connect the system disk somewhere where the keyboard works and set either the only boot option or the counter so that the system chooses itself by default.
If the USB keyboard does not work, how does the BIOS get in to configure something ?!
Pts. it's strange what you have there.
Disconnect the broken cable from the motherboard and beyond:
1. Try another USB port, or another USB keyboard, including wireless ones (if any).
2. Boot from a pre-configured flash drive to boot from the desired disk partition (so that it works as a boot router).
On my laptop, too, the clave broke but not completely. And usb keyboard for 400r works at any level in the BIOS and when choosing the OS boot and when choosing the boot option, and generally everywhere. Try another keyboard or look deeper for the problem
And why did you turn off the automatic selection counter? It's there by default. Now you have to pull out the hard drive, connect it to another computer, for example, through a case box and edit the boot.ini system file
