In Russia and Ukraine, different tables with different rules are used to translate a surname into traslit. Since at the moment the introduction of a new type of passport in Ukraine is being prepared, accordingly, I do not want to do a foreign passport of the old type.
Actually a question. Is it possible to change the data on the odeska, what if, nevertheless, an error pops up somewhere later?
Even now, some banks transliterate my last name in different ways.
