Laptop choice: Asus VivoBook Pro vs Dell XPS?

I'm learning web development and decided it's time to upgrade my archaic 11 year old configuration from 2gb. I am looking for a laptop within a budget of up to 40,000 UAH (95,000 rubles) and settled on two options: either ASUS VivoBook Pro 15 N580GD, or Dell XPS 15 9575 (of course, "gray" - not certified).
The only drawback of Dell is 8 GB, soldered on the board (there is no way to expand).
ASUS disadvantages: mediocre screen (compared to Dell, which also has fhd), slow SSD, autonomy.
I am just starting to learn web development and at this stage it is difficult for me to find a rational argument against Dell c 8 GB, so I would like to understand with your help what problems I will have. Thank you.

Better take 2 good monitors, and you can take any laptop, the main thing is that you can connect these 2 monitors.
The main thing is that the laptop should work for a long time and be light, I would take xiaomi or dell, the main thing is to be comfortable myself.
And why more than 8GB on a laptop? The i5 processor is enough, if you have a lot of money, take the i7.
But I don’t understand what does web development and a laptop have to do with it?! Are you going to work on the beach? ))
