Is it possible to set a higher resolution on a TV instead of a monitor than stated?

I want to buy a big TV and use it as a monitor.
The technical specifications indicate a resolution of 1366x768
Can I set a higher resolution in the video card settings for such a TV?
Since I have a much higher resolution in a small 22 "monitor, and setting the specified one, I see that the image is inharmoniously large for a computer picture.
Well, everything is also indicated in the characteristics:
Brightness 450 cd / m², LED backlight, Contrast 40000: 1,
Class Liquid Crystal LCD, 8ms response time, 2 x HDMI, 1 x USB, 1 x VGA

Even if you can, extra physical pixels will not appear in the monitor. Even if the monitor receives such a signal, it will have to resize the picture to 1366x768.
Try changing the DPI www.pcworld.com/article/2953978/displays/use-windo...
Unfortunately, the ability to adjust DPI for a single monitor appeared only in the top ten.

Televisions are usually designed to be viewed from a greater distance. I have the same resolution in a 12 'laptop, but at a distance of a couple of meters, the angular size of a large TV with the same resolution will be the same. And if you cram more pixels in there, then the image will be additionally "blurred" and will be very fuzzy .. In general, the idea of using such a TV as a monitor is approximately the same as using a tractor as a car ..
