What OS options are available for thin clients?

The entire office sits on diskless workstations (nettops on atoms/selerons).
For a long time they used Ponix - a "finished" assembly of Thinstation, but something hasn't been seen from them for half a year, and new hardware is not supported in older versions. With Thinstation itself, I didn’t have enough brains to figure it out (although I honestly tried). What other options are there for "ready-made" Thinstation distributions or other projects for organizing a soft thin client? Preferably free, of course. I will also be very happy with step-by-step instructions for assembling Thinstation "for completely morons".
PS I know about wtware. Switching to it will cost too much for our number of devices.
