How to set up RDP without errors?

I have already redone all the methods, studied 2 pages of Google, but the error has remained.
I connect from a laptop to a stationary one, and back I get the error "The remote computer requires authentication at the network level"
Both have Win7 Ultimate SP1, on the laptop - 32, on the station. 64. I tried all the advice, it doesn't work.
Versions of connecting to a remote desktop on a stationary 6.1.7601 (cannot be updated even after downloading the package), on a laptop - 6.3.9600

Have you tried in the "System Properties" dialog on the "Remote Access" tab uncheck "Allow connections ... with network level authentication"? If you are connecting with a client with a newer version, everything should work..
