What is the best way to build multiple networks in a Hyper-V infrastructure?

Task: Raise two networks in one of them, forward a VPN connection to the other using DirectAccess. Question: Do you have to fence the garden and make a third network, with DNS and other junk, through which the VPN connection will be forwarded, or are there any built-in tools for emulating such things in VMM and Hyper-v?

Vswitch is rolled onto the hypervisor, cars are hit by vlans, routing is done on an external router. If there is no external router, then another virtual machine with a routing function (RRAS).
