Converting from VMWare ACE, or running an Ace image under Hyper-V - is it possible?

Good afternoon. There is a machine image created by VMWare ACE. This virtual machine requires a lot of resources - 2 cores, 2 gigabytes, > 500 GB of space. There are thin clients at the workplaces, on a Hyper-V server cluster, and several Wirths. servers with Server 2012. The task is to run this image on the servers so as not to return to heavy workstations.
You need to convert from VMWare ACE, or run this image under Hyper-V.
