How to connect from Win10 to Hyper-V server 2012R2?

Hello toasters.
Faced a problem. There is a server running hyper-v server 2012r2. It is in a workgroup. It is planned to spin the main domain controller, which is now physical, on it.
There is a client with Win10 and RSAT installed, a client in the domain. I made the settings according to this manualu
It connects via rdp, but remotely through the hyper-v manager - no.
Usera locally created on the client and on the server "type" hyperadmin.
When I connect as hyperadmin through Server Manager, it constantly asks
"Enable user credentials delegation", and so on cyclically.
winrm quickconnect is enabled on both the server and the client.
But the winrm set winrm/config/client @{TrustedHosts="ServerName"} command gives access denied. And error
WSManFault
Message = Access denied.
Error code: -2147024891 0x80070005
Access denied.
I will be grateful for the answers. What could be the problem?

So you already have a domain. I recommend to enter heper-v into the domain and on behalf of the domain administrator to create a hyper-v administrator on it. And already they steer virtual machines.
