The network "falls off" on Hyper-V

Hello!

The servers were transferred to virtual machines under Hyper-V, for some reason the network falls off on them.
The drop off period is different, both 1 hour and 35 hours, centOS 6 axis.
After restarting the network service, the network appears on the virtual machine.

Server: supermicro sys6061MLTF
OS: win server 2008 R2
I also know that there are 2 network cards on the machine.

We think that the fact is that in the Hyper-V settings there is not just a network card, but the “old network card mode”.

We are still trying to solve it on our own, maybe someone knows how to deal with this trouble?

We had such a problem, formulated by Microsoft as "with a heavy load on the virtual interface, it sometimes falls off." I was treated by installing a separate patch, which was sent by the support service, for some reason it was not in the public. Occurs on some card models. I don't remember the link right now, I'll have to look it up. It helps, but not completely.
We solved the problems by switching to vmware =).
