How to set up declarative autonization in Java EE?

Hello!

After reading a book about Java EE, I learned about declarative authorization and the corresponding annotations, but unfortunately in this book only the interpretation of these annotations ...
Tell me how to integrate this API into my EAR project, the application server is Glassfish.
I would be very grateful if someone could share a link with a manual or an example on GitHub.

Goal: We have an EJB class with a remote SOAP interface, we need to restrict access to some methods.

it looks as if the router at the opposite end of the wire has stopped issuing an ip-address and other parameters via dhcp. restart it if it's your router, or contact your ISP if not. if it repeats - change the router, this one is dead.
Another problem may be in the cable that plugs into the network adapter. you can check by replacing the cable.

How old is the computer? If the router and cable are in order, then it is worth checking the network card, it is also not eternal, especially the built-in ones. To exclude the operating system, you can use any livecd with network support and check.

take a look at the installed software.
for Windows, first of all I execute cleanmgr - This is a built-in utility. run it and select all-all checkboxes. this will clean the system of garbage in the form of temporary files and other things.
it is recommended that the next step is to reinstall the drivers
if it was a proxy - it would be an additional network interface with an atypical IP address, but not 169.x - since this is the category of the absence of any connection with an active connection (the cable is determined)

Check the connection line of the router to the computer and the Internet to the router.
If everything is fine, try changing the router. Probably just him "kerdyk".
P / s I don’t know what model of router you have, but try resetting it to "factory settings" to "more than all" there is such a small hole, on the router itself, with a needle or something thin, press. And it’s better not to break anything, just open the modem itself (disassemble) and press this button manually.
I have everything ;)
Thank you for your attention.
All the best.
