One and the same thing in IT can be done by hundreds of different tools with approximately the same labor intensity.
It always made me laugh:
what is Facebook made on, I’ll learn PHP and do the same.
Facebook was made in its time on the technology that the founder knew it well.
Having started from scratch now, it is unlikely that they would choose PHP.

Based on "Server: unicorn" and "X-Powered-By: Phusion Passenger 4.0.37" I would venture to assume that Ruby On Rails.
Of course, with some degree of probability, it may very well be that there is php and something else.
Analytics, for example, is similar to php - analytics.soup.io/index.php (PHP/5.4.45-0+deb7u3)
