Good day! The customer requested to implement adding PDF documents to the site through the admin panel, creating categories and tags for them so that it would be convenient for users to search for the necessary files (there are about 40 of them).
Well, viewing them in a browser window (I have no problems with this).
Maybe there are some ready-made solutions for some CMS? With such a search and sorting of documents, I don’t even know which way to go ...

install sphinx or elasticsearch software if you need to search by documents and sort according to the relevance of the issue.

I realized that you do not need to search by the content of the files. All you need is a tool to upload and organize files on the server. Therefore, something like this can be looked at: https://studio-42.github.io/elFinder/
Maybe this is not a good example, but at least the essence will be clear to the rest, otherwise right now they will screw you with sphinxes and solars and a dedicated server will be advised in addition))
