What are the analogues of Ngrok?

I have a client-server project. The server is running on my PC, and so that clients can connect to me, I let all traffic through ngrok.
But ngrok has 1 big minus, as for me. The port changes every time it starts.
So I decided to ask if there are any free analogues of ngrok, where the port does not change?

It does not matter what port the program has, it is important what the Internet listens to! And this is usually a router aka a router. The usual redirection of one - permanent port, to the "changing" port of the listening program (to the service) is enough.
