The requirements are as follows:
- Integration with an external scheduler - the program should not "hang" as a service or in the tray, but run on command, work out the backup and end.
- Incremental backup and deletion of old copies
- Ability to exclude individual folders, files above a certain size
- Networking (samba, ftp - not really important)
- Free for non-commercial use
- Command line interface is desirable
