Aida64 - general diagnostics, stress test, temperature on sensors
HDDScan - hard drive test
Memtest86 - RAM test
Take Hiren's DVD with you, everything is there.

Believe a former service engineer (experience in repairing at the component level, including BGA) - you should not take a used laptop.
Examples from practice:
Constant overheating (video, bridge, etc.), as a result, for replacement, for example, a video chip - you will not see any traces of repair, and the service life will be unknown. Unscrupulous services in this situation can "warm up" the chip, after that the laptop will work from a couple of hours to six months.
Replacing laptop hinges with broken mounts (without external cracks) - open the lid 300-400 times, cracks will appear (especially if it is poorly restored).
Unstable operation at high load (most often overheating, but there may be other reasons) - will appear after 2-3 hours with a gradual reduction in the interval, nothing will be diagnosed (at the beginning of the disease).

In addition to the above, take 3DMark, what kind of program it is, you can find it here
nvworld.ru/utilities/3dmark you can download it here nnm-club.me/forum/viewtopic.php?t=175231
And if you have the opportunity to take it with you a person who knows how to use the aforementioned programs will be just wonderful.
