Asked from the first job during the trial period. What is the order?
Worked for less than a month. Today I was asked to write a statement of my own free will on Mon. First job, so I'm not familiar with the order. If I understood correctly the person who provided this information, on Mon one day I sign all the papers and give the key (without which I can’t get inside). The only problem is that, judging by what I read on the topic, even after submitting an application, I will have to work for some time, otherwise they will be fired under the article. In principle, I am ready for dismissal, because the conditions are too harsh, but on my own. If someone can describe in general terms the procedure for dismissal during the probationary period, I will be grateful.

The priorities are roughly as follows:
under the Labor Code, the employer may require 14 days of work after writing an application on his own to find a replacement. may or may not require. write an application, go to the accounting department, get a calculation
You can quit without working off, by agreement with the employer.
