Googled it. There are several options for solving the problem.
1) blindly reset the BIOS settings, as advised above. It will not work if it does not load at all or does not see the keyboard
2) find testpoints to reset the settings and close them. I did not find.
3) update the BIOS programmatically. Find a BIOS update program for this model, create a bootable flash drive .. you also need to find a BIOS image
4) update the BIOS in hardware. you may need a 1.8v programmer, again you need a bios image
5) edit the bios yourself, damaging the desired settings file. again need a programmer.
6) make the percent think that the settings are corrupted. to do this, close the data output of the BIOS flash drive to the ground at the right time after the start (about a second after the start). the most popular method on the web. for convenience, you can solder the wiring to the leg of the microcircuit.
