How to choose the right laptop configuration?

Can you please tell me if such a configuration of a laptop is enough for Internet surfing, watching videos in high quality, office programs and Photoshop?

Anya, for all of the above, except for Photoshop, that's enough. For the latter, it may be enough (if it will be basic image processing - rotate, crop, adjust brightness and tyda), or maybe not (if you work with large canvases, a large number of layers or use "heavy" plugins).
Little memory. Weak processor. But for domestic needs - norms.

Enough of a much smaller laptop for all this.
Although for photoshop, I would add RAM. But this is not critical.
And the SSD will make turning on the laptop, launching programs and opening files a hell of a lot more pleasant.
But again, this is not fundamental - when the program is already running, the file is already open - it does not affect performance.

As already mentioned, there is not enough memory for Photoshop, although it will do for primitive photo processing. But most importantly, to work in Photoshop, you need a monitor of at least 24 "
