How to diagnose a laptop?

I bought a used laptop (Asus D541NA), with a more or less productive Pentium N4200 processor 4 cores at 1.1-2.5 GHz, 4 GB of RAM (for Windows 10 back to back, but should be enough)
With a simple press, Start thinks for a second or two, then- but opening a browser is difficult for him.
First, I reinstalled Windows - nothing has changed.
After that, I thought it was time to replace the hard drive, I took out an SSD from another laptop and installed it instead of the HDD - it became a little easier to work
. I started testing the processor, ran it through PassMark, UserBenchmark and the fifth geekbench - compared the results with others, everything is more or less similar
. The processor temperature stays at 35 degrees, the fan spins at 2200 rpm, there is not much noise and the case is not heated
. Where else to look for possible problems?
Sometimes it hangs tightly for 5-7 seconds, I'm not even talking about complex software, the usual opening of the driver installer - I think
In the same BIOS - the cursor freezes

Try to install ltsc wines from the torrent, completely disable updates, Windows Search and Sysmain services.
Set in appearance settings - performance.
In theory, then the CPU load should be minimal

35 degrees is somehow not enough, it seems that the sensor is lying and the percentage is still trotting. Look with Aida or other software for the fact of throttling.
Well, the percentage is still wildly weak for modern software.

Try removing the RAM sticks, leave one stick, swap places, clean the contacts.
Completely naked Windows? Disconnect from the Internet, will there be glitches?
