Website business card in 2016 - CMS or not?

Welcome all.
CMS is getting heavier and heavier, there are more and more unnecessary functions, and websites and templates are getting simpler and simpler.
Now we need to develop a website, a business card website with elements of an online store (a buy button with a pop-up window, without a basket, etc.).
Use WP like "always"? Or take Bootstrap? Or are there any other novelties for similar sites?
I want to get away from CMS and make a fast, light and beautiful site, but at the same time not sit for two months, buried in the code.
PS I will administer the site, so the client will not have to suffer.

Modx.
At least you won't have to suffer with layout integration.

WP is a CMS, bootstrap is a CSS framework. It's like asking "Do you use PHP or Linux?"
CMS for business cards is useless. If there is a layout, the functionality of a business card is written in a day or two on any backend framework (although you can easily do without frameworks).

Easier without, but more convenient with CMS.

It depends on many factors. Well, CMS is usually used not for development, but for the client (who just needs to manage the content).

In such cases, what usually happens? Now we need an easy and simple site-visa, tomorrow we need to fasten the goods, and then generally make an online store out of all this.
Therefore, taking (as suggested above) solutions such as SPA, you need to be ready to remake everything anew.

Neighing really! (then I saw a similar answer from Roman Kitaev
) Of course, we are talking about different things here (I will not repeat myself, see Roman Kitaev's answer ).
It is always necessary to use implementation tools strictly based on the task and in no case "as always"!
You know, I advise you to go from payment systems, because. sometimes the site needs HTTPS in order for the payment system to process orders correctly. If you do not need a mandatory installed server script (PHP, etc.) and HTTPS, then you can safely look towards SPA using only HTML / JS / CSS (without server processing). For implementation, you can, for example, use the same Material Design and any JS handler (native code or JS framework: jquery and the like).
If you need something in terms of sending forms to the mail - there is always Google Forms in stock.
Here is an example of my template : https://xmoonlight.github.io

Use framework. Fast, convenient. I would collect on yii2.

If the content is constantly changing - CMS, no - static.
