Are there web studios capable of developing, maintaining, updating plugins, pulling themes for more than 1000 wordpress, joomla, etc. at an acceptable level and within a reasonable time? (bulk) cms?
Otherwise, suppose I have 1000 orders for unrelated projects. Will my team and I physically manage 20 projects per month? What to do with the remaining 980 projects? Are there huge offices (maybe 2-10) capable of processing such a volume? If so, please send. Or is it worth looking for solutions with freelancers?

There is a good method for estimating work resources:
1000 orders / 22 working days = ~45 orders per day. Depending on the complexity of the work, it will take from 1 to 5 man-hours, let it be 3 hours per task. Total per day you need 45 * 3 = 135 man-hours / day for this job. Let's take a working day equal to 7 hours, taking into account smoke breaks / tea / coffee. 135/7 = ~20 people will cope with this task, + some additional may be required. staff, managers and cooks are acceptable.
