I was faced with a task: I would like to organize my own options when creating pages in wordpress.
That is, here I click "add page", everything opens and I want to see there not only the "title", "text of the article" and other standard options, but also my fields.
I know you can set up custom fields, but that doesn't work for me.
In more detail, I need to write and embed an option that allows you to select a background color. I will then manually cling the color itself, when displaying posts.
This means that the user must, when creating a page, also select a background color from a drop-down list (or from a palette with the ability to enter their own values), but this is already much harder.
