CMS for real estate portal?
Hello.
There will be a portal with real estate ads. Ad with a standard set of parameters (sq.m., rooms, price, etc.). Approximate number of ads 100 000 thousand. Approximate traffic 15-20 thousand sessions per day at the beginning.
What CMS would you recommend for such a project? Are there worthy ready-made solutions? Just in the beginning, I want to quickly launch the project so as not to spend a lot of time on it. In a year, we plan to write our backend for all this.
Thanks

In a quick way, then WordPress.
Because there are all the necessary plugins and it's easier to find a wizard.
Including parsing of real estate objects.
In general, if the project is serious, it is better to immediately make your system normally.
To not waste time
Well, it would be better to start writing at least an MVP now than to take something ready-made. A year will pass before you have time to look back, and then you won’t be able to mold candy out of poop. It makes sense to take ready-made only if it is fully functioning as it should and even with a swing in advance, and if you take the wrong thing now, then redo it later, oh, how much, and there may not be a result.
The best ones start writing your backend right away if the project is planned for a long time and further expansion. If now you choose some ready-made variant, then further, when creating your solution, there will be only pain.
