Web design, mobile app design, current tools?

Hello everyone, I would like to know this (I apologize for possibly some stupid wording, as long as I had enough idea about this topic, I tried to ask):
-Is it right to try to enter the world of web design from mobile applications? (if not, why ?)
-What is the "balance" of forces at the moment in terms of software, taking into account "from scratch", what is worth studying and what can be omitted? (For example, I stumbled upon Adobe experience design, can I immediately learn it?
) web design (creation of buttons, menus and other ui, some more complex work on graphics, logos, etc.) Again, where is it better to start from such categories, if they exist?
-The basic literature on the type of "Psychiatric hospital in the hands of patients" is by itself necessary?

Web design is web design and mobile app design is mobile app design. Things are different and you can understand well here and there, or you may not understand. But websites / web services and applications have something in common - interfaces. Here it is necessary to study them, because. a user-friendly interface is more important than a beautiful one. But the base on the basic principles of design, color, typography and other things also needs to be studied.
If we are talking about graphics for the web (icons, banners, etc.), then there is nothing to do with applications at all. Here is a clean graphic design, knowledge of the functionality of the software and the ability to use it. The study of any lessons will greatly help (search for queries like "photoshop lessons", "illustrator lessons", etc.).
Everyone works in what is convenient for him. Try different ones and find the perfect one for you. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, Affinity Designer, XD, Inkscape, Xara, CorelDRAW, Gimp, etc. For the first acquaintance, the first four will suffice (depending on the platform), and then get acquainted with the others. A good specialist is not limited to working with only one tool, but selects them based on the task.
What is WEB? Everything that is on the Web and is done by a designer is web design. Any design or graphics in your browser: icons, banners, web pages, websites and any other small design work. Start with what you already know / are able to do or what your soul is. With experience, you will find what you like more and it turns out better. Focus on one specialization, and cover related ones as you grow. It's better to be good at one thing than bad at everything.
Literature shaft and here every 1-2 months ask these questions . The ability to search on your own will help not only with the search for books, but also in work (such as "how to make a conical gradient" or the like). I'm serious.
