Warranty replacement of the hard drive in Lenovo B550

Hello, dear Khabrovites. The question arose in connection with the following situation:
a friend brought a laptop, Lenovo B550 with symptoms - the system constantly crashes. On boot - indeed, the system hangs on boot. In safe the same way. During a full check, the hard drive (WDC WD3200BEVT-24A23T0) was checked by Victoria 4.3. The results of the check on the following screenshots:

A quick check revealed that there are no Lenovo service warranty centers in the native Republic of Belarus, which means, according to the lenovo.by website, “When buying equipment officially imported into the Republic of Belarus, warranty service is provided by the company that sold it. “
Actually, the question itself:
Is it possible to demand in this situation to demand a warranty replacement of the hard drive? Or does the seller still have the right to just make a remap and give it back?

PS This topic was read, but it was not possible to form a clear idea of the situation ...

Not very familiar with the RFP, but in the Russian Federation:
1. Within 15 days from the date of purchase, you can demand a refund or replacement of goods.
2. After 15 days, the seller has the right to repair and, first of all, he will do a remap.
3. If the repair was delayed for 45 days, you can write an application for a refund + 1% per day of the cost of the goods for the delay in repair.
If they reproach, check in a couple of weeks - it will fall in love again. If the third time it breaks down with the same defect, the seller is obliged to return the money / exchange it. But this is all for the Russian Federation.
