Hard drive problem. Can't format. Nothing helps.?

In general, the problem is this, there is a 60 gb ssd, everything worked fine, then some kind of virus appeared, it opened the opera itself, etc., etc. .. and after a while the blue screen began to fly out. live acronis, an error occurs, I tried other programs, it constantly crashes. Files are not deleted, formatting also fails, I tried to delete the volume, it does not help, the Victoria program did not find bad sectors either, everything that Reallocater sector count-138 finds

I would suggest downloading some small Linux distribution like Puppy or Arch net install, booting from a flash drive or CD-ROM, deleting all partitions using the fdisk utility, and re-creating them. (Of course, the data will be lost in this case.)
By the way, such a number of relocated sectors is a very bad sign, the disk may soon die.

1. How was the SSD used? How is the system?
2. The usual procedure is to start installing Windows, delete all partitions and install the OS.
3. If it is not removed and installed neither on your computer, nor on any other, the SSD is faulty.
PS Several times I encountered faulty USB and SD flash drives that were not erased or formatted.
PPS I read, but did not see myself, that SSDs on the verge of death go into "Read-Only" mode - it looks like your case.

apparently the problem is not related to the virus in any way and your disk just dies and this is normal

Kaspersky antivirus Kaspersky Rescue Disk 10 can help, download it, install it on a USB flash drive, and run it from under the system. Check the disk, and then go through Acronix
