Recently put this program, did the analysis, then defragmentation. There was no free space. Then I did an optimization and saw that there was 13 GB more free space. Yesterday I installed the latest version of this program and after optimization, the free space DECREASED by two gigs. What is the logic of this program and is it worth using it?

Are you sure that the place was used up by this particular program?
I think it's worth deciding on this first.

Do not use defragmentation software. It's pointless.
Windows does preventive defragmentation itself.
This process does not increase the space, but what you think may be a banal cleaning of% temp%, superprefetch caches that are not related to defragmentation.
All the "benefit" of these programs is at the placebo level.
