Why don't hard drives work?
The system is installed on SSD, there is also HDD (#1) and HDD (#2). The day before yesterday I was vacuuming my computer, today I suddenly discovered that disk # 1 was disconnected. It wasn't in the BIOS, it wasn't in diskmgmt.msc, it wasn't anywhere. I opened the computer, poked SATA connectors, blew off the dust even though it wasn’t there much. Everything worked Somewhere in half an hour disk #2 also disappeared. What could be the problem?
If it helps, the computer was vacuuming due to the fact that the two front USB 2.0 ports on the system unit stopped working. After vacuuming - earned.

So, during the operation of the vacuum cleaner, a non-acidic electrostatic field can be created, which can easily threaten any electronics, including disks.
For starters, you can try to change the loops.
Most likely, you touched (and possibly more than once) the SATA cables, if the disk is not spinning yet, then the SATA power supply. Before that, they had acidified in you due to the natural environment, and you disturbed them and removed them from the place where there was contact. I think it's worth cleaning (ideally replacing) all SATA from oxidation.
Most of all it looks like power problems, open the power supply, see if any elements are swollen, look at the mother's conders
