Video editor with programming objects by moving them with the mouse in real time

I want to find such an editor for creating videos.

There are standard objects - text, picture, shape ...

I press "Rec" and move one object with the mouse as I would like it to move in the end. Having programmed one object, I proceed to the next. The resulting automation curves (trajectory + speed) can then be smoothed or edited, but not necessarily. In the end, you get a video for export where all objects move simultaneously.

Ideally, I would like something free and primitive. Does it happen?

Probably not video, but animation. This is definitely in Adobe Flash. Maybe it's for video, it could be in Adobe After Effects, but I'm not sure.

That in Adobe After Effects, that in Adobe Premiere for at least 7 years there is such a thing as keying, that is, each element (layer) has properties at least x position, y position, size, transparency, etc., in the after there are more of them. So, the animation there is as follows, the cursor is placed in the right place in the video, and the keying of the parameter that needs to be changed depending on the time is pressed, then the cursor is placed at the end point (where the animation should end), and other values \u200b\u200bof this are already set there parameter, then the program itself will calculate the intermediate values. To get the movement along the curve, respectively, you need to install more keys. So it was 6 years ago when I worked as a TV editor. Now perhaps there are already more convenient tools. I think you will not find a high-quality free program, so if it's a one-time job, download the demo version of Premier for 30 days, or buy Prime Elements, it costs around $100. But again, before buying, try the demo version.
