In my rented apartment, there was a very stupid Philips TV, which can only scale video from USB in two versions: 1:1 and 16:9. As a result, if I want to watch a series in 1280:756 format, I have to watch either a small or stretched picture.
I need a simple program that could add black bars right-left-top-bottom of my choice and not render the series for two days. Thank you.
