How to edit a video so that when it loops, it does not abruptly jump from the last frame to the first and the transition is not noticeable?

The first and last frames are different and therefore the transition is sharp. I want to fix it somehow, so that the illusion of an endless stream is created, to find out ways how this can be done and with what programs.
Maybe someone can tell me what are the options? How to implement?

You can do "ping-pong" - duplicate the clip and revers time. Get it from start to finish and from end to start. Not the best option.
You can cut in half and swap and mix the middle with an overlap. Also not a great option.
