How to make the same superimposed color on the picture?

I do it
on photoshop through gdarient and transparency, but it turns out some kind of diarrhea and not a beautiful superimposed color.

Ah ha ha,
try to correct the diarrhea through "Image> Correction> Color Background / Saturation"

Gradient blend mode - color, tint, overlay, and so on to taste.
