How to lengthen a video clip by 134 times by copying and merging without transitions?

Hello.
Does anyone know the best way to get a 7 and a half minute video from one 5 second video fragment by copying it and then merging the same fragments?
Literally: there is a video clip; you need to lengthen it by 134 times so that there are no transitions between fragments. Not that the transitions were smooth or imperceptible, but that they did not exist at all.
I know that there are definitely two ways:
1) Loop the record. But you also need to add an audio track to it. I just don't know how to loop the video at the right time on the audio track so that after rendering, there are no jerks on it. In principle, I don’t know how to loop it either (I think the method is real, but, probably, completely stupid).
2) Connect video by phase. But how? How to determine the phase?
I'm sure there are other ways. But what?
How to do this using editing in an editor (for example, Sony Vegas)?
The script is also good, but it will be better in the editor to understand the very technique of the process.
Tell me, please, can anyone know how to do this correctly and, in advance, thanks.

You can use hardcore avs script very simply 809f2792ce9647afb56599a8422308d6.PNG
Well, or put a clip on the timeline 134 times in any video editor :)
