Why does the project fail when transferring an adobe premiere cs6 project to another computer?

I saved the project through the Project Manager prntscr.com/bt5enl put all the options that I showed with arrows, a folder was created with all the files from the sequence that I indicated. When opened on another PC, one .tmp file was missing, although Project Manager copied all such files. I set the settings and save through the media encoder. But in the premiere itself, the video in the program window is not visible, but the preview on the track is visible. Why is that? I did everything fine through the Project Manager, why then does it not work quite correctly? I saved everything to an external hard drive and I work from it through USB 3.0.
