How to transcode Blu-ray movie from 24 FPS to 60 FPS?
Hello everyone ... Tell me with what software on WIN 8 to convert the frame rate of a Blu-Ray movie from 24 FPS to 60 FPS? It's unpleasant to watch 24 frames, 60 is much better ... Thanks in advance.

This is called frame interpolation, many players can do it on the fly when viewing. I don't use Windows myself, but I remember that it was in older versions of powerDVD. Google this topic. In general, regarding the algorithm itself, it’s impossible to honestly get something higher than 24 FPS, all algorithms simply take two adjacent frames and insert instead the weighted sum of these very frames with different coefficients, so instead of two frames you get 3 or more. Because of this, the picture is more blurry, and the higher the frequency, the more soap. Unpleasant "twitching" is removed at the cost of loss of quality. I don’t advise you to bother with this, it’s better to look at the original 24 FPS - the picture is the highest quality there. It's not worth it, especially since 24 FPS is more than enough for the eye,
Try fpsk. The program converts video to video at double the frame rate. Easy to install, minimum settings. There is a 1-click option.
fpska - make 60fps video
