I turn on 2 browsers, Visual Studio and League of Legends (I just entered the game without playing) or 2 Visual Studio with different projects, the screen flickers for a second, turns off then the studio does not work, you need to go to the task manager, kill the process and restart, I noticed that a lot it eats memory, but it seems like 16 GB should be enough for this, but it’s very strange that there were no problems before, I’m not sure what the problem with the old ssd at 256 GB was normal, I changed it to 1 TB now and reinstalled Windows there and these are the problems, just not I am sure that the problem is in ssd, since the temperature is normal and if you do not run a lot of things, then it works adequately.

You just have system processes falling due to lack of RAM.
Enable swap (aka swap file) - this should help
