Why does the screen go blank when starting any 3D game, and therefore the video driver fails?

Hello. In March, I bought an Asus GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 video card and until Friday I lived in peace (even earlier). Now, when I want to play a game, I launch it and my monitor goes out, the video driver fails, at best it says "The video driver has stopped responding and has been restored", at worst the computer just reboots. In the GPU Tweak lowered the frequency - it did not help. The temperature is about 50-55 when the game is running, at rest 39-41. The driver costs the last 350.12, I tried to roll back to 347 - it did not help, I tried to completely reinstall it - it did not help. Everything worked fine before, what could be the problem?

I tried to switch the power supply, it does not seem to crash, I will observe the behavior during the day.

In anything:
1. The video card is dead - check it on another computer (with friends, with the seller or in the service).
2. PSU degraded, stopped pulling the load when 3D was turned on - similarly, if item 1 is not confirmed.
3. Some settings in Windows have been lost ("I tried to completely reinstall - it did not help." - reinstall the driver or OS?) - reinstall Windows if steps 1 and 2 are not confirmed.
4. Problems with the Motherboard began
