How to fix "unknown device"?

I reinstalled Windows 10. I have a wireless receiver for my xbox 360 controller. Previously, on Win10, everything worked. Doesn't work after reinstall. It shows up as "unknown device" in device manager. I click "update driver", select the correct driver from the list - "driver installation was successful", and still "unknown device", even after a reboot. I even downloaded the installer for this driver - nothing helps. How to solve this problem?

Installed the drivers in win10 test mode.

Vid = vendor id
Pid = product id
And google search for the driver
Try changing the port on the rear
