Video card (second) with a 500w power supply?

Hello.
PSU bronze, back to back in power. 64gb ram, r5-3600 tower, 1050ti, a couple of hard drives and a couple of M2s.

It took another card for a 2k monitor, because of the wires on the motherboard there is not enough space to install any card a priori, I'll put a raiser. But what to put in it .. I thought to take the 710th geforce on passive cooling (of which there are enough: Asus, Gigabyte, inno3d ..), But I don’t really trust the passive, on the other hand I only output 2k to the monitor there, nothing more - should be enough .
Or look for some gtx950 or similar oldies? and for them there may not be enough PSU along the line ..
Small coolers on versions of gt 710 are potentially embarrassing with their noise, since the system unit is actually noiseless, I will collect the video card on ties inside the case.
