Question about the characteristics of my PC, to change or not to change?

I thought about adding another 8 GB of RAM, but I noticed that the motherboard has only 2 connectors that I have clogged. Meanwhile, I noticed that the motherboard is very hot 120 gr (Is this normal?) Maybe it's worth replacing the motherboard? (does it fit my pc at all?)
