Will the computer pass the post without built-in and external video cards?
Actually such a story, the computer worked in the office, the video card was connected in dvi mode. I took the computer home and decided to connect it with the usual vga to the monitor. Result: the computer does not pass post and, accordingly, does not boot, the coolers just buzz. Why is this happening? and should the computer pass the post without video cards?

in bios there is something like wait for F1 if error. I need to turn it off and try.
As a rule, ordinary office / home motherboards do not pass the BIOS test without a video card.
Where did you plug the VGA cable into?
It's not clear from the text where the vidyuha went :-) I came across
the fact that the video card somehow does not sit well in the connector, although outwardly it is not noticeable. And in the case, for example, of plugging in a cable or simply if the user pulls the monitor / cable, she could easily move away. After that, I had to completely pull out / install it, carefully screw the cable. After that, it started working, sometimes I had to do it several times.
