Actually, the laptop company Hp Pavilion DV5 1070er on board Windows 7 began to flicker. As soon as I turn it on it flickers. And the BIOS flickers. And in the system itself. Although the system is working properly, but because of the flicker, it is impossible to work.
I bought a very long time ago ~ 2009-2010. During this time, the battery has just completely run out, so I am now without a battery, directly to the email. network (220V).
Maybe I need to disassemble and clean the garbage, change the thermal paste ?! Maybe there are other options?
I URGENTLY need help!
The laptop has not yet been tested on Live USB (ubuntu similar), but I think that the reaction will be the same!

The inverter has shut down. Look for suitable flea markets and change. And flickers symmetrically or only half?
